staff - 5 stars, but they work in a 4 star hotel :):( hence the problems, they are happy to help, but apparently the policy of the hotel is to try to minimize costs :( the safe has been broken for 5 years, so they didn’t do it to us :) liquid soap and shampoo were not replenished, ... BUT! excellent restaurant and breakfast, excellent management at the reception! all in all good :)

Our air-conditioner wasn't working ad wasn't the fridge we hesitated to make a fuss but we needed a good night's sleep for our next morning long drive. The young man didn't hesitate to upgrade us to a more appropriate room. The transition was smooth.

The Room was a good size with very comfortable beds and lots of space for me and my children. The staff were very friendly and approachable.

The night staff when we arrived were very accommodating and kind Everything was clear and understood from the moment we arrived. One of the ladies even returned my sons sweater to our room after dinner as he left it on the chair Check in and Check out were simple Would return any time

I stayed there as my mum was in the local hospital at the end of our Xmas skiing holiday and ended up extending the stay by 2 days. The staff were amazing, so helpful and their English was brilliant, much better than my French ! Liloo the receptionist was extremely helpful and ordered our Taxi to the airport which was one less thing for me to worry about. 10 / 10 fir everything. Thank you.

If you are travelling to/from Grenoble by train this is an extremely conveniently located hotel. Just a couple of minutes walk from the station across a pedestrianised piazza.

Well located , a stones throw from the station. Friendly staff. Our request for rooms to be close together was granted and we were offered interconnecting rooms which worked well for us. The food was of good quality and served quickly . Would stay again

the room, excellent service - especially Louis, breakfast and other meals. Location is great - right next to the train and bus stations and to many restaurants.
